No Returns or Exchanges Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items and/or items that have been installed. Our made-to-order items are crafted with attention to detail and tailored to your preferences, making them one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be resold. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a refund or exchange. In the rare event that a refund is issued, it will be provided in the form of store credit, which is valid for a lifetime.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of in-stock items, you may contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.For specific exclusions, kindly reach out to our customer support team for more information. Unfortunately, our physical stores cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

Refund Process In exceptional cases where a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, credit will be issued with a restocking fee applied. credits will be issued in the form of original payment. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
